Looking for one housemate for 3-person occupancy i

I am moving out, and my roommates are looking for someone to start December 1st who is willing to sign on to the lease.

Single-story house, three bedrooms, two baths, located in the middle of North Hollywood. Ample living space, in-unit laundry, good storage space. We have a private pool and space out back that's perfect for small pool parties and grilling. One parking space, with street parking available.

We generally keep a clean, quiet house. It’s a great place to host small get-togethers, though not this year, of course.

There is one friendly cat. There is potentially room for another cat.

We’re looking for one roommate to take a bedroom that is open now. We can't split the room, so no couples. No smoking in the house. Good credit and full employment preferred; the landlord will want a credit check and for you to sign a lease.

Rent is $1100/month each. Utilities come to about $50/month. The landlord may require a deposit equal to one month's rent.
