?You will be sharing one large bathroom which has two sinks and 1 shower.
?Three balconies in the apartment
?AC and heating
?Washer/Dryer on site
?Pool
?Utilities we pay on top of rent: internet and electricity.
?Street Parking (tons of street parking in this area). We have one large parking space underneath the building which comes in handy if someone needs to leave their car in a secured place while traveling.

What we?re looking for in a roommate:
?We prefer a woman in the age range of 21-35.

?Someone who pays rent, utilities, and internet on time.
?Someone who can communicate if they are planning on having guests or family stay.

?We are both from Arizona and love music, concerts, cooking, and fitness.
?Our roommate is leaving us to pursue a professional Volleyball career in Germany.
?We like our environment to be laid back and relaxing.
?We do not have any pets and are looking to keep it that way.
