Looking for a quiet, responsible, and clean FEMALE to rent the MASTER BEDROOM WITH PRIVATE BATH in a 3 bedroom condo with two very quiet females who are respectful, private, and keep to themselves. The master bedroom is very large and unfurnished.

You would have a private bathroom with two sinks, private balcony, two closets (one mirrored), designated parking and a washer/dryer inside the unit! All that for only $1150 per month plus utilities (gas, electric, internet).

Additional benefits to sharing the rent and utilities of this condo is the CENTRAL AC/HEAT, plus access to the community POOL, JACUZZI and SITTING AREA.

Utilities are approximately $80 per month because our energy usage is very conservative. So the ideal roommate will be just as careful not to waste energy. Please note the bill is a bit higher for 2-3 months out of the year when the weather is hotter/colder than usual.

Even though this is a roommate arrangement, it's like we live alone because we are very neat, clean, and respect one another's space. We don't share or take one another's food, clothes, or private space. Common areas are always returned back to its original state immediately after use and ready for the next person to enjoy. We do weekly assigned chores to maintain a pleasant and comfortable place.
