Room available in spacious 2 bedroom apartment

I have an available room beginning in February in a very spacious 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment with a shared loft space. The apartment has very high ceilings and a second floor, so you get a fair amount of privacy. I'm looking for a clean, professional person who can take care of their bills. I'm so easy going. The apartment is located in a prime location a few blocks from the Noho arts district that's walking distance from grocery stores, bars, restaurants, and the train. You have your own bathroom, and parking spot in a gated garage. Street parking is also available. There is an onsite laundry as well. I have an Xbox and projector to watch movies and high speed internet as well.
