Greetings to all who are visiting this ad. First off allow me to introduce myself. My name is Sunny and i am very easy going, overly clean, and mostly to myself! My current situation is as follows.....I've been a tenant here at my SPACIOUS 1 bedroom apartment for over 8 years. In saying this, i have one of the CHEAPEST apartments in the valley area of Los Angeles county! The living room is not only big enough to fit a king or queen sized bed, it also has room for a few dressers, coffee table, big screen tv, and anything else needed to make you feel at home. When covid hit and took my job i fell behind on some bills. So i downloaded this app to find someone who also could benefit from the cheap rent im charging and save some money as im looking to do. Contract would be 6-8 months and here's how our living situation would work out if you are chosen as my roommate....

First I will add that I AM FULLY vaccinated and would like you to be as well! Rent here is $1,244.00 monthly. I currently occupy the bedroom and I would have you in the master sized living room (Previously fully furnished as you can see in photos but you should feel free to bring your own stuff as I've gotten rid of it. I can provide a 54 inch flat screen TV which will be there ). Rent on your behalf would be $622. Don't worry about privacy! I typically am in my room as I work remotely. More thank likely you would only see me when I'm cooking! There is a closet space in the living room for your clothes as well as a hallway closet where you can add additional belongings if needed. Full access to the kitchen is yours! You are more than welcomed to put your foods in the freezer and fridge along with mines. PLEASE JUST CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF WHEN COOKING! Bathroom is shared, and this is where I hope we can agree to a few terms....3 times a week the bathroom should be cleaned! I have OCD and the bathroom as well as kitchen are two things I cannot tolerate seeing dirty! Here is a breakdown on the bills.....

I don't do cable, but I do pay for internet monthly. I am a gamer as well as need above average internet to work from home so I pay 100 monthly for internet. If you want access to the internet we would be splitting that down the middle $50/$50. Department of Water and Power is bi-monthly and usually totals no more than 180 and that's for 2 months. So you would be responsible for your half on the water and power bill. Other than that there are no other bills for the property. You are of course responsible for your own food but im not stingy, when I cook I do cook enough for 3 people to eat so you are more than welcomed to join me from time to time!
