2 large rooms for rent in a big furnished House.

I have a 2600 sf furnished house in gated community, with 2 bedrooms for rent with a shared bathroom that has a double sinks and storage.

Very close to CSUN university. Just off Nordhoff exit on 405.

Rent is $1100 per room plus equal split of the utilities between the adults for single occupant with 1 year lease (it is higher for shorter leases), and $700 per person for 2 people (utilities will be split equally among the adults).

I am a 32yo NICU RN, and I run a private practice as a Lactation Consultant. I have a 9yo son and my daughter is almost 7. We are almost never home except to eat dinner and sleep. I am also an artist and dance latin and African Ballroom. I will have a rare glass of wine, but there will be no drugs, smoking, or getting drunk allowed in the home. We love to play outside, have game nights and occasionally have friends over.

The house has a washer and dryer, large backyard, another large half bath downstairs (in case you are getting ready at the same time as the other roommate), a library sitting area and a living room with a fireplace, kitchen with gas appliances that you will have access to.

Your utilities will be approximately $200/ month and would be water, sewer, garbage, electricity, natural gas, internet, and cable.

Will consider a dog. No cats due to allergy.
