This 4 bedroom apartment is located right in the little town of Newhall. It?s very close to main street, which is filled with local restaurants and shops for anyone to enjoy. It?s also close to both the 5 and 14 freeways making it convenient for travel. The kitchen and living room are already furnished as well.
Currently there are three girls and a dog living here. Each room mate is a full time employee and one is also a full time student. We all get along great and will spend time together but are also very independent, quiet, and clean.
We are looking for someone who shares these similar qualities to move in, and rent out the last bedroom. It?s isn?t furnished. The bathroom will be shared with room mates. It will be $550 a month plus utilities.
