My name is Chad and I have been living in the home for four years. My girlfriend, Ashlyn, and I are looking for a suitable roommate.

A few things about us...
We are mid 20s, very clean, hardworking and driven individuals.
We both work in creative fields which keeps us very busy.
We have a small 40lb pup Luna. She's a shy and loving sweetheart.
We are big into fitness and healthy eating.
We enjoy good music, meditation, cooking and throwing the occasional parties such as our recent Friendsgiving.
We are beach goers, hikers, and easy going but we are going to be picky looking for a good third!

What we are looking for:
***mid 20s to mid 30s.***
Essentially we are looking for someone who is pleasant, drama free, helpful, and clean.
Someone who has their "stuff" together!
Who has surpassed the LA stage of going out night after night and is more focused on themselves and their career/ well-being.
Perhaps you share some of our common interests, perhaps not - That's ok!
Must be dog friendly.

About the home:
The home itself is a 1400 Square Foot home built in 1932 located on Mt. Olympus not far from Laurel Canyon (10 minute walk to Sunset BLVD). This home sells itself! It is on a private street surrounded by trees with plenty of parking for friends and you will be allotted 1 space right out front. Additionally, there is ample storage in our 2 car garage and a security watch on our street! We've ever had any issues though. It has a Chateau Marmont architectural design feel to it.

The home offers a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, a massive front balcony, a lovely living room, and a back hill-yard with an upper patio.

About the room:
The room is roughly 400 Sq/Ft on the second floor.
AC wall unit in room.
Small walk in closet with additional walk in closet just outside the door.
Lots of natural light due to four windows with views atop the trees.
Right next to upstairs bathroom.
The room does not come furnished however we can offer some mattress options and some d?cor that we have in storage.

Additional Notes:
Utilities come to about $175 every month which we will split 3 ways. This includes gas, internet, electricity, water, etc.
We also do enjoy a maid once every 3-4 weeks ($40e).
We have a close friend and artist who occasionally works out of the garage and has created some of the space into an art studio. His name is Dragan - In case you've ever wanted a Dragan of your own here's the chance.
Washer/Dryer downstairs in garage.
