I smoke but I don?t really drink, I?m not a party girl, I won?t have a ton of overnight guests but likely family and friends regularly coming to visit. I'm honestly pretty chill as long as you can communicate and read social cues ????.

Of course you have to be ok with dogs and you can have pets yourself, my dog loves everything and he very well trained so you won't have at issues with him.
