Roommate needed for my 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment. Available room is spacious, has a huge closet, and views of the beautiful Verdugo Mountains. Apartment is fully furnished, but the bedroom could be unfurnished if preferred. Rent is $1100/month and includes all utilities. Great deal for the area and quality/size of the apartment.

Apartment gets excellent natural light. Spacious kitchen area. Large balcony with mountain views. A/C. Good floor plan for roommates. Building has laundry and parking. Short walk to charming downtown Montrose, which offers restaurants, cafes, bars, grocery stores and more. Centrally located and good for commuting, with easy access to freeways as well as the bus for public transit.

I occupy the other bedroom in the apartment. I am a 32 year old full-time professional female, and am organized, compassionate, and easy going. I prefer living in a clean, respectful, drama-free environment. I love the outdoors and go hiking often. I enjoy reading, listening to podcasts, and learning new things. I love a good laugh. I am a professional classical musician with a busy work schedule - I come and go frequently and do some work from home. I live a healthy lifestyle. I value good communication, and prefer it as a means to avoid conflict. I enjoy socializing but also need my alone time. I have a gentle, sweet and clean 6 year old dog who is very calm and gets along with everyone.

I am looking for a working professional with consistent income who is respectful and takes good care of their living space. No couples, no kids, and no additional pets, sorry! Renter must have proof of income and an excellent credit score (the landlord requires it). Renter would be added to existing lease for 2-6 months, with move-out date determined in advance. Rental application (includes credit and background check) required by landlord.

Easy access to Pasadena, Altadena, La Crescenta, Burbank, Highland Park, Eagle Rock, downtown LA, etc. Cross streets are Ocean View Blvd and Montrose Ave.
