Professional couple seeking roommate

We're a couple from the Midwest in our early thirties looking for a roommate to fill the open bedroom in our beautiful home! We're located in a nice, residential neighborhood of Monterey Park with everything you need in walking distance. The house is 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath with an enclosed grilling patio and big backyard with fruit trees! The yard is private and has high fences for added security. There are fireplaces indoor and outdoor, spacious living and dining rooms, vaulted ceilings, wood floors, and a brand new kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Washer, dryer and dishwasher in unit. We have a cat and a German Shepherd, who is great for security, so you must love animals! Please don't bring any pets of your own. We are very proud of our awesome home and like to take care of it and keep it very clean. We are looking for someone who is clean, friendly, respectful, and has a full time job. We don't have parties or loud music and would appreciate if you didn't either. Your room is average sized and you have a private half bath, but no closet. Rent is $850 + utilities with $1000 deposit.
