I'm a professional gay male, 44 living in the Monterey Hills in Los Angeles. I have two cats and live in a very quite condo building. I am looking to rent a room to either a male or female @ 750.00 a month. You must be employed and you must have transportation as the complex is up a large hill. Secured parking, alarm in condo, central heat and air, pool/ hot tub, living room and kitchen to share, your own bedroom and bathroom, internet, cable, and washers and dryer in the unit. Smoking ok on patio. There is a bed in the room (full). I'm a special Education teacher and attend meetings a lot of the time during the week. Would be nice to find someone who is friendly, responsible, open communication and fun to live with. There is a 300 dollar security deposit and 200 dollars non refundable for background and credit check. The room will be available at the end of this month. Would enjoy living with a male roommate.
