Laundry & parking spot included, close to Gold line and bus lines.

Room itself is maybe 170 sq ft, has room for desk and/or sitting area in addition to bed. Photos were mid-move out and I'm a horrible photographer but it'll be fully clean & empty for you and you can make it your own! Landlord is fine with painting and building shelving etc. Double closet and private bathroom with shower. Second walk-in closet that's optional additional storage or even could be converted into a little recording room, plus linen closet shelves for books or additional storage. Utilities not included and vary by season ? estimated additional ~$75-125/month. Available for move in any time from now to Feb 1. No couples unless you are willing to pay $500 more in rent as unfortunately landlord will raise rent if I bring a third person, but occasional guests / having a partner that sleeps over some is fine.

Specifically to save us both some time, looking for someone who:
- Works majority away from home (b/c I work mostly from home).
- Is generally sociable and doesn?t mind and preferably would enjoy/add to occasional social events in the house (I am a community builder by nature and the house is great for events ? I host friends and community dinners here a few times a month.)
- Likes cats and can help feed/care for mine when I travel (she?s very sweet, snuggly, chill). For those with animals: A mid-sized dog would be okay in the house if the dog can live with a cat, but probably not another cat.
- If 1=super messy and 10=can?t handle dust anywhere squeaky clean, you?re able to live in the 5-8 range.
A note on TV: I know this is counter-cultural so just noting it up front that I?m not into having TV in common spaces or having to listen to background noise of sports or news. Using headphones and watching whatever you want in your room of course is great.
