New Montebello Home - Room for Rent in Oct!
Hi! I'm looking to rent a room in a BRAND NEW 3 bedroom 3 bathroom townhome. This room will be located on the 3rd floor with a private bathroom attached. The community is called BlvdWalk Montebello (please google for pictures as the home is not even built yet!). The images are copyrighted so I cannot post here. The reason I am posting early in case there are travel nurses and/or people who plan ahead like I do :)
The room can come furnished at an additional price per month. All utilities provided (internet, gas, water, etc.) and laundry machine available in home.
Who we are looking for: Someone who treats our home as if it was theirs. Folks with busy schedules like ours would be great. Please no smoking, pets, or significant others staying long-term.
About us: My wife and I are typically leave early and return late ~7-8pm on weekdays. We do not smoke or have pets. I'm a clean person. My wife, not so much, but we do ask that at least the community space is kept clean.
