Furnished Dual Master Private Room/Bathroom

Hi!

I have a gorgeous dual master apartment. I am looking for a (preferably female) roommate for the second fully furnished room. Your room comes with a queen size nectar mattress with a fluffy cloud mattress pad. There is a desk and chair. Any of the art or smaller furniture can be removed if you do not care for it. Your room and private bathroom are blocked off with your own private door. There is a walk in closet. Most of the apartment is vinyl flooring the only carpet is in the bedrooms. We have gated parking, laundry on site and a rooftop pool! The neighborhood is amazing. Everything is within walking distance including the Grove! The community is quiet and filled with artists and creatives. I have 2 dogs, so no more dogs allowed unfortunately. Also I am sadly allergic to kitties. I am a female, professional artist and counselor. I’d love to chat and see if we are a fit!
