Beautiful duplex in a quiet neighborhood

Hi! My name is Kayla(fully vaccinated) and this furry little friend is Luke! We are both looking to fill my spare room located in Mid city. It’s a quiet and friendly neighborhood with a cafe right around the corner and some great restaurants right down the road.

On the gated property there is a duplex in the front and a single bedroom on the back of the lot. My apartment is located in the front top duplex. There is a communal lounge center outside in between the 2 buildings. I am looking for a responsible and clean young professional.

The only restrictions that I have is a smoke free(cigarettes) roommate. If you enjoy inscents all I ask is for you to enjoy them outside. I have chronic migraines and those two things are triggers to my migraines.

I keep myself pretty busy with my jobs and hobbies. I’m a full time nanny and a beekeeper in the local area. If I’m not doing one of those I am either playing with my dog or cleaning.

Looking for a roommate who can move in October 1st or sooner. The lease is 1 year.
