$1000 Bedroom in spacious 2 floor duplex

I live in a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath two floor duplex. The extra room has been empty for awhile and I've decided to rent it out. It's a big room with 2 big windows for nice natural light . It also connects to private balcony with great DTLA skyline views. I have a washer/dryer. It is street parking and there is always plenty with no restrictions or passes needed.
I am pretty laid back and easy going and looking for the same. I'm not a neat freak but do like things clean. I'm looking for someone that'll be easy to live with and not a chore or uncomfortable for either. I am a social drinker but no drugs.
My biggest thing with sharing my home is my 2 dogs. I have a Great Dane and a small poodle/terrier mix. They're my boys. They're very easy and well behaved. Someone will have to be comfortable with them in the house and mindful of them. Not leaving front door open things like that.
Well if this interests you hit me up and we can go from there talking, meeting and all that. Oh and the stuff in the room doesn't need to stay in there . And if you wanted to paint a neutral color I wouldn't object.
