Located in a nice quiet neighborhood, this beautiful spacious house has a room for you!

There are 3 bedrooms in the house, 2 are currently occupied (Alex, 25 and Doug, 45). The third bedroom (which would be yours) is currently used as a studio/spare room.

Your room has large windows, great air flow in the summertime, and a deep walk in closet with a lot of storage space. You would share the master bathroom (including separate bathtub and shower) with only 1 of the 2 other tenants.

Shared spaces include living room, dining room, kitchen, breakfast room, front porch, side yard, laundry room.

The place is entirely furnished except the bedroom you would be occupying. If you have big pieces that would need to go in the shared space(s), we can work together to see if its possible to make it work!

We are pet-friendly people, so if you have a furry friend of your own who is sweet, we can consider you both! Tommy (the cute little pooch on the couch in the photo) is a kind and quiet little dude everybody loves.

The house is on a wide street, so although we don't have off-street parking, it is easy to find free parking spots on the street.

How it works
- Our landlords live above, and they would be doing a general background check since they are the ones renting out the entire space here (all 3 tenants are on the contract). So we are looking for someone who we share good vibes with, who passes the landlord screening, and who will sign a 6 or 12 month lease with us :)
