Wilshire Center nice west end of Ktown on Palm Tree lined S. Alexandria near Wilshire. We are a family apt. I am a writer/filmmaker and travel most of the year. My daughter Kenzi takes care of the apt. while I travel.

This is a furnished room with a queen size wrought iron bed, large desk, a really large closet, and a private bath with a really nice large bathtub for two with shower. We may consider a couple for this room for an additional $390 for the second person.

Rent includes utilities and WiFi. Street parking is avail. and we are near the Metro station. A gated parking spot is avail. for $160/mo. Smoking is allowed on the balcony. No pets. $1,350 Deposit and credit/background check are required.

Available January 1st. And is 3 months initially then month to month.

We are looking for someone who is cleanly, responsible, and an over all good person and good housemate. Keeping our living room and kitchen clean and free of clutter is very important. (no dishes in the sink or food left on the counter)

We are replacing a young woman we are sad to see go :) She was with us for her internship. Another room is presently rented to a great young guy, who is very easy going, great company, and just graduated film school.
