Roommate needed
We are looking for a female to start living with us June 1st in a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. The lease would go on for a year.
The apartment is located in Midcity, close to the Venice and La Brea Intersection. We are walking distance from a large shopping center with a Ralphs, CVS, Ross, Lowes, and plenty of eateries. We are a 15-20 minute drive to downtown LA and Santa Monica.
You would have your own spacious room with lots of natural light, large closet space (with a full length mirror) and share a bathroom with 2 others.
The apartment has been fully renovated with new appliances and has on site washer and dryer. Although the apartment is furnished, your bedroom will be unfurnished.
About us: we are two recent USC grads working in finance. Our third roommate works at the ACLU. We are looking for a fellow young professional with respectful living habits who likes to have fun on the weekends.
