Minutes from the 10 freeway. Amenities such as supermarkets and banks all nearby, with popular local eateries My Two Cents, Bloom Cafe, The Scandinavian Deli, Powerplant Superfood Cafe and Paper or Plastik all in walking distance on Pico Blvd. The Grove Farmers Market and shopping district is also in close proximity, approx. 2 miles away.
