$1150 ROOMMATE for Mid Wilshire 2BD 2BA

Looking for a roommate to occupy 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom of our large 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in the Mid-Wilshire area (5 minute drive to The Grove). Available April 1st.

We are a gay couple in our 30's, professionals in the hospitality industry. We like to go out, meet cool people, travel, watch movies and be chill. We believe in having great balance in all areas when sharing a home with another individual. Meaning...Being respectful, quiet when needed, clean in all areas (shoes off), outgoing, be good for better karma (you break it, you bought it) and maintaining everything in the home in order. We keep fair policies, pay rent and bills on time.
We usually work long hours (10 hours a day) and when returning from a long days work we just like to relax and unwind.

RENT: $1,150.00 (Includes Renters Insurance)
SECURITY DEPOSIT: $1,000.00
UTILITIES: Electric, gas, cable and internet -- Run about $140.00 for each of us
Maid - $40.00 (twice per month / Every 2 weeks)

The breakdown is simple, we must get to know each other before making this decision. It must be you and only you living here. No live at home partners as it is another individual.

We are looking for someone to make a 3 month commitment and then pending on how we are doing as roommates, month to month. You must have a full-time job and net at least 2 times the monthly rent.
