1 bedroom + 1 bath in newly renovated condo

This roommate would get their own bathroom, parking spot, and room, as well as have access to the complex’s gym, three pools, jacuzzi, and tennis court. The complex is right on the Marina, but within walking distance to the bars/restaurants on Abbott Kinney and Washington Blvd, and also has a Trader Joe’s and a Ralphs a few blocks away. We have a view of the city and ocean from the balcony.

This condo is family-owned so I would act as the bridge between you and the owners. I would refer a roommate in their mid-twenties to thirties without a pets.

Things of note:
-I have cats, so please do not inquire if you hate cats or are allergic. I want them to be seen as a plus, not a minus.
-There is a $200 fee you have to pay to register with the complex (not my rules)!
-Would love a roommate who is clean, will be respectful with our neighbors (who are in their 60s), and who is friendly.
-laundry is on the floor but not in the unit and never crowded
-pricing is $1,700 (paid to owners) + utilities and wifi (paid to me)
