About the apartment:
The available bedroom is unfurnished. This is a spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath 1150 sq foot apartment with a TON of natural light with a large floor to ceiling window, high vaulted ceiling, modern kitchen, walk in closets, laundry in unit, and gated indoor parking. The apartment building is quiet and secure and our unit has a balcony that faces the inner courtyard. On the property we have a pool, hot tub, lounge and grill area, and gym.

The apartment complex is across the street from the Waterside shopping plaza that has Sweetgreen, Kreation Juice, the UPS store, Sugarfish, Amazon Locker, Ralph’s, and more. Very close to Trader Joe’s, Burton chase park, Fisherman’s Village, and many walking and biking paths.

The apartment is dog friendly, and the apartment complex would charge additional $50.00 per month as a pet fee.

A little about me:
I am an actor and model in the entertainment industry and am looking for someone who is clean, respectful and considerate. I enjoy having brunch with friends, going to the beach, movies, and art. I am fully vaccinated and have been observant of COVID recommendations. Always glad to meet on Zoom or FaceTime before showing the apartment in person!
