Stunning Furnished Bdrm in Marina Del Rey
Hello! Currently seeking a roommate to take on a bedroom in my apartment in Marina Del Rey.
About the apartment:
You'd be taking on a bedroom in a spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath 1150 sq foot apartment with a TON of natural light (floor to ceiling window!), vaulted ceiling, modern kitchen, walk in closets, laundry in unit, and gated indoor parking. The apartment building is quiet and secure and our unit has a balcony that faces the inner courtyard. On the property we have a pool, hot tub, lounge and grill area, and gym! The room itself comes furnished with a king sized bed for $400.
The apartment complex is across the street from the amazing Waterside shopping plaza that has Ralph's, Sweetgreen, Kreation Juice, the UPS store, Sugarfish, Amazon Locker, and more. We're also a super short walk to a Trader Joe’s, Burton chase park, Fisherman’s Village, and many walking and biking paths.
The apartment is dog friendly, and the apartment complex would charge additional $50.00 per month as a pet fee.
A little about me:
I am an actor and model in the entertainment industry and am looking for someone who is clean, respectful and considerate. I enjoy having brunch with friends, going to the beach, movies, and art. I have been observant of COVID suggestions and have been actively wearing a mask and socially distancing while out and about in the world. Always glad to meet on Zoom or FaceTime before showing the apartment in person!
