Lux Mdr Private (Gay Friendly)

Hi there. I'm the owner of a luxury 2 bed 3 bath furnished 1800 sq ft condo with private balcony at one of the most luxurious condos in La with spa, pool, roof deck overlooking the marina, gym, sauna, coffee bar, concierge, valet, etc. I live primarily in NY (I'm a lawyer in real estate and the arts) with my partner and share when we are in town (which is less than 30 days a year) my master bedroom w ensuite marble bath and walk in closet with one roommate (he uses the living room bath and sofa bed in the living room when we are in town), and I rent and offer the second bedroom by itself partly furnished (sleeperloveseat and armoir and desk and bookcase available on request) with private ensuite bath and walk in closet for $1950 a month. Utilities are another 150 a month per tenant. A dedicated garage parking space in the building is included.

Other roommate is a single male, early 50's, communications professional, native midwesterner, currently working from home. Enjoys swimming most days, news junkie, very open-minded regarding cultures and lifestyles. As has been the case with the departing roommate, he is very open to socializing in the shared spaces (meals, movie nights, etc.) or in maintaining a more professional distance with the mutually assured privacy the apartment affords . Very comfortable and respectful either way.

Market rent for the whole apartment is close to $6000 a month so the rent I am asking is below market in exchange for a good fit. I am looking for potential very responsible clean, drug free, nonsmoking, considerate tenant who will have no problem paying the rent and is gay friendly.
