Seeking roommate for townhouse

My girlfriend and I are looking for someone to occupy a room in our 2 bedroom townhouse with your own private bathroom. We have a couple of Frenchies, so you’d have to be a dog person/tolerant knowing they’ll be around.

Washer and drier in unit. $1375/mo - utilities included. The room is unfurnished or can be furnished if needed.

Common areas include the kitchen and living room (already furnished so no need to bring anything along).

We are looking for a tidy roommate who is respectful and responsible about rent. Our ideal roommate is engaged in their life and goals, kind, & respectful. Perfect for a young professional who doesn’t party. A dog lover and/or someone in film would be great.

Great location! Walking distance to lots of great food shops, there’s a Farmer’s Market beside us on Sundays and a few blocks to Sony Studios, Downtown Culver, Century City, and the 10 freeway. Plus, only 6 miles to Venice beach/ Santa Monica.

A bit about us:

I’m Head of Production at a studio and I produce for feature films & TV. WFH since COVID. I’m up early working out and walking the dogs first thing in the morning. I’m on calls M-F from 9am till about 7pm. I’d expect to be back in the office part time maybe this fall? I love music, movies, yoga, art, fashion, traveling and exploring cultures.

My GF is a medical student, and former artist. She’s got the best taste in everything: fashion, food, wine, design and music.
