Private Room in Gorgeous Bungalow

Hello!

Private room available in a gorgeous bungalow for rent: $1300 in Del Rey / near Marina del Rey. Month-to-Month. Female preferred. Move in starting May 1st. Small dogs considered! Comes with a twin daybed that has trundle that folds into a king bed!

The main house is 900 square feet and you would be sharing it with me, female 30's with a small dog. I have the master with my own private bath and you would have your own private room with the main hallway bathroom. We have a Guest House in the back of the property with a male, 40's, who produces music and lives back there but showers in the main bathroom in the house. He has his own half bath in the guest house, just no shower, so he showers in your bathroom. (We have never had an overlap of someone needing the shower at the same time!)

Communal areas include:
Kitchen (w/ dishwasher, ice maker, oven, toaster oven, microwave, vitamix, dehydrator, popcorn maker, hot water kettle, & most all appliances + spices you will need for cooking!)
Living Room
Backyard / Front Yard
Laundry
1 parking space (First come first served, but there's street parking ALWAYS, right outside the house! trust me!)
We have lawnmowers come every 2 weeks.

Your space:
Private Entrance from the backyard if you choose to use it. Or you can use the front door :)
Twin Bed that has a trundle and folds out into a King bed! You can leave the king out if you prefer it but the room is small so you may prefer to sleep on the daybed. Everything else in the room is going except the TV. So you will have a bed and TV! I added an old pic of the room with a queen as an FYI of space.
Closet with two sliding mirrored doors plus overhead storage cabinets that are pretty deep
Linen Closet + Drawers in Hallway are also all yours (great space)
Bathroom

Cultural aspects of the Home:
We like to have BBQs or parties every couple months and have friends over. Would prefer someone who joins us or is okay with us having people over, which sometimes includes kids.
If you have a dog it would need to get along with my dog. My dog goes with me to work every day but if you were home and my dog was alone in my room I would love if you would let him outside to do his business and let him hang out with you instead of him being alone! :)

Our Shared Responsibilities:
Taking the trash bins out for Garbage Day
Making sure the common areas remain clean (you would be responsible for your bathroom and room)

Payment:
Deposit: $1300
First Months Rent: $1300
Total Move-in amount: $2600
Venmo is fine!

Utilities:
We split utilities in 3 every month. They are around $100.
