A really nice room with large windows. The only thing included in the room is the bed in the pictures, it is a queen mattress and frame in brand new condition. There are 2 outlets and also a screw in t. v outlet. The apartment as a whole is very nice, there are lots of windows and that makes for good ventilation, so it never really gets hot in the unit. The complex is very quiet, and the unit I am posting is on the second floor with no elevator access.

Neighborhood is fantastic, with a Whole Foods, Starbucks, Chipotle, etc. within walking distance and a park nearby. 10 minutes drive to Santa Monica and quick access to the 405 and the 10.

I (19 y/o female) am moving out and looking to find new tenant(s) for the remainder of my lease. The lease ends on August 1st, with possibilities to extend. Hoping to find a easy going female roommate(s). There is already one female roommate living here. Looking for a generally clean person who can be responsible with rent, and can establish trust and respect. When sharing an apartment, trust and respect is essential.

Rent is 1390 a month, deposit will be discussed with management and depends on credit score.
