I am looking for a roomie to share my apartment in Mar Vista, starting on may, 1st 2021. It’s a good sized bedroom and one private bathroom available for renting . The BEDROOM IS FOR ONLY ONE PERSON.

This is a very friendly neighborhood located 8 minutes away from Santa Monica and Venice Beach (Venice Blvd and S Centinela Blvd). The location is also 5 minutes access to Culver City. San Diego Fwy (405n/s) and Santa Monica Fwy (10 w/e) stands 1 mile away.

The apartment premises are comfy and very organized/tidy, which can describe myself.

I am looking for whether male or female professional focused on career and in making our home the best place in the world.

There’s a laundry room inside the building (quarters needed).

No drugs, no pets, no cigarettes inside the apartment.

Only street parking available.
