$525 +utilities female roommate to share master

Hello,

We're two females in our 30's looking for a roommate to share the master bedroom in a two-bedroom, 1 bath apartment in Mar Vista. We're located near Santa Monica College Bundy Campus, perfectly located just 4 miles away from the beach, 2.5 miles from the SMC main campus, near UCLA and Loyola Marymount Campus. Perfect for a student, great place, safe location.

Specifically looking for a roommate who is either a student and/or works full-time. You will be sharing a room with another woman so you must have very little furniture, and personal belongings i. e. twin bed, dresser etc. I have just about everything else that makes the apartment feel like home.

Someone who is respectful and considerate
Someone who is clean and respects our cleaning schedule
Someone who is smart, friendly and open minded
Someone who does NOT do drugs or smokes nor parties too much
You have to accommodate your roommates sleeping schedule as she will to yours (communication is very important)
We simply want someone with common sense, who will pay rent and bills on time and we can call a friend
