Hi there, looking for a room mate in my 1100 sqft apartment. Bedroom is spacious with a private bathroom. Bedroom has clean carpeting, living areas have wood floors. Smaller building with 15 units, tandem EV parking. Amazing views behind Cahuenga overlooking the hollywood dell neighborhood. This is a top floor unit with tall ceilings in the living room - manager’s unit. Close to the 101, highland, hollywood/vine. Great hiking at the reservoir and nearby griffith park. I don’t have pets but dogs are welcome! I’m allergic to cats, sorry.

Lived here for over 5 years with my best friend who just purchased a house. I am very laid back, I work often all over LA in real estate development. Love adventures, outdoors, music, anything fun and exciting! I can be very social or introverted at times depending on the vibe. I’m considerate and respectful, easy to approach. I prefer to keep the apartment clean at all times. I often use the kitchen and clean immediately after or during. I’m 32, grew up in New England, UConn alum, gay, and love plants!
