1 bedroom avail in Funky Los Feliz 3 bedroom House

We have a room for rent in our 3-bedroom HOUSE in Los Feliz. It is available for a February 1st move-in. The room is unfurnished. (11 x 13 1/2 + closet that is 3’ deep and 10’ wide). The house common areas are mostly furnished with hardwood floors throughout, crown molding, lots of light, backyard with patio, cute front porch, central heat/AC, washer & dryer, cable/wi-fi & off-street parking.

The neighborhood is great! We are walking distance from the Los Feliz 3 movie theater, Skylight Books, Griffith Park, and tons of great restaurants, bars and shops.

You'll be living with one man & one woman in their late 20’s & 30’s respectively, who work out of the home full-time (when not in the midst of a pandemic). We are fairly mellow and quiet, but sociable as well. We like to keep the common areas neat and tidy, and have someone come in to clean the house once a month. Utilities are split equally and usually run about $65-$150 a month each. The bathroom is shared with one of us.

We are looking for someone who has tested negative for COVID, is employed, responsible, respectful and easy going. A non-smoker and no drugs.

*No pets or couples sorry.* (This is non-negotiable)

No lease required, but we are looking for someone who will stick around awhile.

Rent is $970/month with $827 Deposit. (First + deposit due upon moving in)
