Cozy Home in Los Feliz

Hey y'all! I'm a former entertainment industry employee now working in insurance. I really like reading, cooking, and taking good long walks, which this part of Los Feliz is really great for ( lots of trees and green things :) ). I'm looking for someone who's interested in an 8 to 9 month stay and to maybe make a friend! If you like reading & writing this is the place for you- we're near Skylight Books and across the street from the University of Philosophical Research, which both hold regular free events. Sitting & chatting over the dining room table is my favorite activity, because everyone has an interesting story to tell. If you're a writer or like talking about ideas n stuff that's a big plus but not a requirement, all types are welcome at my humble abode.
