The location of the condo is in Downtown Long Beach (Historic District) just a few blocks from Pine St. (Walkable distance to restaurants, Aquarium, Pike Outlets, & metro). The room is a Master bedroom that has a full bathroom and a private balcony. Central air and heating. Washer and dryer on unit. Below condo is secured parking space underneath condo(no extra cost). No children. 420 friendly.
Place is fully furnished. Room has queen size bed, dresser, and mini fridge that is optional (Furniture can be removed).
References required.
Utilities are included: Internet, Electric, Gas, Water, and Trash.
Available February 4th! Rent is due every 4th of the month. Looking for a 6-month lease. $500 deposit.
