This luxury unit is located in a beautiful, Mediterranean deco, gated community of Cienega that's conveniently located very close to CSULB, Long Beach Airport, and Downtown Long Beach. Many restaurants, coffee shops, markets, theaters, farmers markets, fitness centers, and shopping centers are in walking distance/bike ride/short drive away. The beach is a 6 minute drive and free yoga is offered twice daily on the bluff overlooking the ocean.

Our community offers an outdoor sitting area equipped with BBQ's, fireplace, water fountain, and twinkling lights under the palm trees for some relaxation after a long day. Your furnished room includes A/C and heating, private bathroom with shower, closet, King bed with memory foam topper, dresser/mirror, nightstand, desk and chair, Spectrum 400Mbps internet.

Rent listed includes ALL utilities, limited house privileges, fully stocked kitchen (cooking utensils, pots and pans), appliances, etc...

This is a non-smoking, hardworking individual. No pets. I’m an easy going, respectful. I enjoy people, travel, cooking, nutrition, fitness, reading, Netflix, and wine tasting. I believe in mutual respect and kindness. I offer a warm, inviting, and drama free atmosphere with house privileges, while respecting one another's privacy.

I’m looking for a responsible, positive roommate with no drama or pets. One that is looking for a great place to live for short or long term. I’ve previously hosted professionals in need of transitional living and people that live elsewhere but work nearby that didn't want the hassle of a daily commute.
