Third roommate wanted in three bedroom house

The place is a three bedroom 1.5 bathrooms. It has two living rooms, dining room, pool, garage, pool house (a mother in law suite that doesn?t have plumbing), huge back yard, central ac and heat, washer and dryer, dishwasher, and plenty of parking. The room is $750 with utilities around $50 (some months more some less depending on how much we use the ac or heater). I do have a dog and cats, all sweet as can be and well trained. The house is about 20 minutes from CSULB and only minutes away from the 91, 405, and 605 freeways. It?s also close to Trader Joe?s, Target, and all the convenient shopping in Lakewood. The neighborhood is quiet with great neighbors that look out for each other.
