Need a roomie for a 2BD/2BD who loves cats!

Hey everyone!

My name is Rae and I am looking for a roommate to share a 2BD/2BA in Long Beach for less than $1800. I've found a few places that have everything I'm looking for (hardwood floors, balcony/patio, small deposit, parking, high-ish ceilings, lots of kitchen counter space, pet friendly) and I just need a chill, reliable roommate to submit an application with. I would love to live with someone who is funny, down to earth, assertive, independent, creative, emotionally intelligent, and clean. :)

I'm 30, in school, I also work, need to move by the first week in January. I have two cats, they're so sweet and cuddly, not even a year old - Dottie and Kit. My credit is not the best but my rental history, references, and income are all great. I'm into music, metaphysics, crystals, self care, cooking, scrapbooking, being in nature...

I need my own parking space, I?m not gonna fight for parking in LB! As long as we have one space we can rotate. I?m open to sharing the apartment with a couple. Any gender or gender identity is welcome. Must love cats.

I have some furniture including a couch, coffee table, and bookshelf. I have a medium sized TV, a toaster oven and some pots and pans, plates, glasses, mugs. And that's about it!
