Seeking LGBTQ friendly roommate (Rose Park)

- Hello we a working professional couple looking to rent out our bedroom in our apartment in Long Beach. It is in a quiet 4 unit complex. The apartment itself feels more like a house/townhouse. The room does share a bathroom with one other male roommate. Move in date is October 1st. If after the 1st, rent due will be pro-rated.
- Small bedroom is $750 a month+utilities with a $750 deposit.
- Bedroom comes unfurnished
- Huge walk in closet with extra storage in hallway
- Washer+ dryer in-unit
- Outdoor jacuzzi and fire pit
- Water and trash paid by landlord
-Street parking only.

Month to month contract. Please have a credit score of 650 or higher and have a reliable job with proof of income. Looking for someone 25-35 years old that has lived with roommates before. The landlord will be reviewing and making the final decision on your application after we meet you first to make sure you?re the right fit.

We take care of the property as if it was our own so you must be very clean and be good at communicating as we don't tolerate drama or people who can't clean up after themselves. We consider this place a house with roommates rather than a roommate-house if that makes sense. We all want to come home to a calm and clean environment.

Please be able to qualify on the lease on your own, no co-signers!
No kids, pets, couples, party people, heavy drinkers, illegal drug use, or cigarette smokers(even if it?s outside) please!

We have a dog who is super sweet and extremely well trained. She is a 9 year old 55lb female who does not bark or have accidents and will not get into your stuff. Her and I went through training in 2018 for her to be a registered therapy animal and I her registered handler so we can visit hospitals, nursing homes, ect. This should give you an idea of her demeanor and energy. :) Although we love animals, it is mutually agreed upon by the landlord and occupants that 4 adults and one dog is our maximum therefore there?s no exceptions to bringing in anymore animals.

We are very pleasant, responsible, open minded people and we seek the same from you. My boyfriend and I are hairstylists and love anything creative. He also enjoys sewing and painting. I love to cook and spend time with our sweet pup. Our third roommate is a student and is working. We all get a long super well and enjoy each other presence.

On that note, if you can?t pick up after yourself in common areas or do your dishes after you use them, or wipe down the stove and counters, then this is not a good fit. We all partake in occasional group deep cleaning.
We don?t mind having friends over on occasion but this is not a party place and we respect each other?s sleeping/school/work schedules.

Must be lgbtq friendly, and must love dogs.
