Looking for someone (male or female) to move into our renovated garage room ASAP to help with cost efficiency. 3 female in mid-20?s live here with 1 small (hypoallergenic) dog and 2 mellow cats. The house is fully furnished with a fenced in back yard and plenty of parking in a safe neighborhood. Rent does not include internet, utilities, or electric but with 4 people splitting it is not expensive. We are young professionals with school and jobs. There is no closet and the room contains a W+D unit, but we are willing to help accommodate an alternative for the tenant. The room has its own private entrance.
