Recently purchased Signal Hill home which has direct access to trails up to Hilltop Park in Signal Hill (Beautiful park). This post is for the second master bedroom which has its own private bathroom and is shown in the final two images as part of this post.

The house is a 3br/3ba house that has been fully remodeled and immaculately maintained.
The house is about 3 miles away from the Pike and downtown Long Beach where the nightlife is growing as well as 2 miles from the Long Beach Airport(For those commuters). The house comes with washer and dryer included, AC with NEST Control , Central Heat, Stainless steel appliances, two shared garage spots and plenty of street parking. The rooms are huge also! I'd say about 14x14 sq feet. We'd love to have you as a roommate and are looking for a roomate who enjoys having a good time but also enjoy living in a clean environment.

Two things to note, we have a small cat named Fifi and the photos were professionally taken by the sellers. The furniture will be different and each room will not be furnished.
