I teach Pilates early mornings and some evenings. I am often doing work at home in the afternoons.

With a background in music and dance, I strive to stay as active as possible. I eat healthy, organic, and gluten free. (But I love meat too). I?m planning to grow vegetables in the large backyard.

If you are a dancer or interested in Pilates, I own a professional Pilates reformer from balanced body. I am willing to train and share this equipment with you. I also own a softub hotub, bbq, and a few bikes you may use.
