Seeking Working Young Professional For Roommate

I?m looking for someone to rent the second bedroom in the apartment I currently live in. It?s a cozy 2BD, 1BA near the traffic circle in Long Beach. The apartment is part of a 6-unit building with a small grassy courtyard and one parking space per apartment in the back alley. The bedroom itself is big enough for a full or queen bed, has a decent size closet and blinds over the window.

I am a young working professional who commutes to Santa Monica most days. Im pretty tidy, but not excessively. I?m friendly, pretty relaxed and quiet and hope for a similar roommate. I have a cat and we can have another cat or smaller animal in the building ($200 pet deposit on cats though). I?ll have a friend or two over maybe once and month, and my girlfriend and her daughter visit 1-2 times a week. New roommate MUST BE cat-friendly, friendly and LGBTQ-friendly.
