Share a apartment in a beach chateau

Moved to Long Beach recently, looking for a roommate to share my apartment with.

I?ve always lived with roommates, then was married and had kids so I?m very use to having people around so I?m seeing if anyone out there would be a good fit for this place as I feels very empty with just me.

A little about me. 42 male. Ex-New Yorker, works for a motorcycle company and rides motorcycles and bicycles. When not riding I like to cook and mix drinks. I specialize in cooking Americana, Italian and Asian-fusion. I?m really into clean and want a roommate that is equally clean. I watch a lot of documentaries and sci-fi and build adult sized LEGO?s when there is down time.

The idea roommate is someone who either is really into cooking or really not into cooking. Appreciates good food, is clean and spends about 20-30 min a day tidying up after themselves.

The place is about 900 square feet, there is a Juliet balcony attached to the living room and a large deck in the back. Fountains front and back with a lovely lawn out front, porch swing out back. There is a large main room with a loft bed and lots of storage, a powder room which I?m using as a bar for now, a bedroom that will fit a king bed, a modern kitchen and a bath with extra deep soaker tub.

The lights are all Philips Hue motion sensor lights. There is a kitchen with dual sous vide machines, Shun knives, end grain cutting boards. The house has a Dyson 360 eye robot that vacuums daily plus a Dyson V8 with fluffy head.

There are two ways I?m considering a roommate.

$750, you get the loft bed in the main room.
$1100, you get the bedroom and can furnish it as you would like.

Add $600 if you have 0 interest in cooking but want there to always be breakfast and dinner waiting to be eaten with minimal work. That would be for Michelin Star level breakfast and amazing steaks, brisket, ribs, chicken, etc.
