I own a comfy, upgraded, second level (that's right, no one above me. Three, 8-step flights of stairs). two bedroom, two bath condo near the East Village/Downtown Long Beach area. I have a nice room for rent to a single occupant maybe a couple (rent would increaae for a couple to $1,300 per month). Sorry, no kids, no pets.

The ideal occupant is someone who is responsible, serious, employed, works outside the house, clean, and reliable. No drug use of ANY kind. You should be 25-50 years old with a steady job who is clean, considerate, quiet, done partying and respectful.

You would have complete access to the condo and shouldn't feel confined to your room. The Master bedroom / suite is occupied, you would take occupancy of the second bedroom.

The room is available now. Credit and background check ($30.00 non-refundable fee (cash or money order only)) and employment verification. I'm looking for a long term occupant.
