Good size room with private bathroom. Large closet. Washer and dryer in unit. Room includes one underground parking spot. Blocks from downtown and beach. Very quiet small complex. This unit is a large townhouse with 2.5 bathrooms and a spacious kitchen. I prefer a woman. I am a single mother with two girls. We leave very early and sleep by 8 pm. They will be here 75% of the time. Looking for someone to take over the room. It is a short lease. Would be from February-June 2018. If it works out may be willing to sign another lease. Renter would need to fill out paperwork with property management.
