The Roomie:
31, working professional, PhD student, gone most days from 5 am - 4 pm. Spends some nights with boyfriend (house to yourself on those nights as well as access to the parking spot). Friendly, clean, open, conscientious, vegan. Loves working out, being active, traveling, podcasts, music, dancing, learning, reading, etc.

The Neighborhood:
0.25 miles away from Rolling Hills Plaza in Torrance (lots of restaurants, Trader Joes, AMC, Whole Foods, Nike Outlet, bakeries, dance studio, coffee shops, etc.). Lots of restaurants and bars (including a brewery) within walking distance. Wells Fargo/Ace Hardware/CVS/Crossfit Provoke all within walking distance. Quiet. Safe. Great neighbors.

Looking for:
A quiet, clean person who loves dogs. I have one small terrier mix and one mini poodle. They are the sweetest and are well-trained. Id' like a person who wouldn't mind dog sitting (on nights when I won't be home and at a mutually agreed upon day/time) while you're planning on being in the home anyway. This is in exchange for utilities and would require you to care for the dogs, so they are not alone on nights when I'm gone. Details can be discussed and worked out during the tenant interview.

Leasing Terms:
No deposit. $350 non-refundable fee for realtor's background and credit check (as well as her time for the processing of this information, to be paid ONLY upon approval and when you've decided to move in). Lease terms are for 3 months. After three months, we will check in with one another to make sure things are going well and that we both would like to continue the arrangement. Available immediately. Would like to rent by Feb. 1st.
