Looking for a roommate in this super cute, second floor apartment near Lincoln Heights.! $885 a month - Move in November 1st.

Room is 9 ft. x 13 ft, beautiful hardwood floors, available with private full bathroom for $885 plus security deposit. Utilities not included but usually never runs more than $85 total with gas, wifi, water, etc.. Looking for a roommate, preferably female or Lgbt.

About the roommates: Full-time working professional in the fashion industry (in her 30?s) and her brother, Lgbt, works in the food industry/freelance graphic artist (in his 20?s). They are such talented people.

They're creative artistic peeps who are chill, laid back, non-smokers and down to earth.

We are looking for a roommate who is responsible, pays on time, respects the area and cleans.

About the room: You will have your own private room and bathroom. I've often felt like I lived alone- the space feels very private and has a beautiful morning light that steams in through the window- I will miss my mornings here. There is a spacious closet and lots of cabinets for great storage as well as additional storage in the hallway. I never even filled it all.

We have washer and dryer on site as well as an optional parking spot you can have for $50 a month. My landlord does run a credit check. So sorry, no pets allowed.
