It is located on a quiet street with over an acre of land. There is plenty of space to garden, relax, and watch the sunset with views of downtown, Dodger stadium, and the Griffith Park observatory.

Quick access to the 110 and 5 freeways, 11 min walk to the Gold Line Metro and easy access to the River Trail. Walkable to grocery stores, restaurants, taco stands, bars, coffee shops, etc. 10 minute drive (20 min bike ride) to Highland Park or downtown.
