Sunny Smart Home Near DTLA

Renting a room month to month near the DTLA area. The house is located in the up and coming Lincoln Heights neighborhood nestled into the side of a hill. This is a very sunny home with the front of the house being more window than wall. It also gets the full range of the sun because it has an unobstructed view of DTLA. The house has been upgraded to a smart home, a large backyard (woof woof), and above ground planter boxes

Common areas will be shared: kitchen (all new appliances), living room, laundry room (high efficiency washer and dryer), deck (with BBQ), and porch with hammock.

I am 30is years old and a professional in the engineering / construction field seeking a like minded professional with a similar schedule; M - F 7 AM to 5 PM. All applicants must submit to a background check, credit check, and application fee. Parking is limited so 1 small car will be able to park close to the house while other vehicles can reside further down the hill.

Currently there are no other people besides me in this 3 bedroom house. The third room is listed for rent as well and whoever moves in first (you?) and I will both need to agree if the third housemate is qualified.

If a couple applies they will need to rent both rooms; they could turn the smaller one into an office or creative space. We can discuss a reduction in price as well.
