We are 3 working professionals from the south bay area. We are quiet, and are looking for some one who is the same.
We try to keep the house clean, especially the kitchen. We are looking for an individual who pays their bills on time, and is respectful of basic house rules.

We do not want couples, or people with substance abuse issues. Hard drugs are not welcome in our house. These are not negotiable matters.

Room is about 11x13 in size. There is 1.5 bathrooms for everyone's use. A shower is used by 2 other housemates. One housemate has his own full bathroom and does not use the shared shower.

2 full size refrigerators 2 housemates share each one, washer and dryer, awesome parking spot at the front door. Lots of storage space. Location has a lot of perks. Good neighborhood, all the needed amenities like grocery stores, cafes, shopping mall, the beach within a short drive.

The 405 freeway is less than a half mile up hawthorne Blvd. You can't beat the weather here!

Security deposit of 1 month rent required. Utilities run around $50 to $70. We have trusted house cleaners come once a month.
